Without an account VoxelFlow still works exactly as before — the design stays in this browser. Signing in adds shared projects your whole shop can open.
Account
Team
Invite a contractor by email. The first time they confirm and sign in with that address, they land in this shop instead of starting a new one.
Projects
Every job your shop has saved lives in the Projects tab on the left edge of the screen. Open it to switch jobs, rename one, or start a new one.
Settings
Theme
Drawing surfaces stay dark in every theme so line weights read the same on screen as they do on a plot.
3D scene
Only the room changes — the fence, its dimensions, and everything on the shop drawing are untouched. The exported 3D page carries whichever look is set when you export it.
Units
Changes every length on screen, in the cut list, and on the shop drawing. The model is stored in inches either way, so nothing is lost in the round trip.
Shop details
Printed in the title block of every permit sheet. Typed once — signed in, your whole crew gets it.
Estimating
Your rates are kept in this browser only. Clearing site data clears them.
About & policies
Privacy policy
Signed out, VoxelFlow runs entirely in your browser. Fence designs, site plans, rates, and any address you type stay on this machine, held in local storage until you clear it.
Signing in changes that, and only that. Your email address, the shop you belong to, and any project you open or create are stored on our Supabase database so your shop can share them. Row-level security means a project is readable only by members of the shop that owns it. An open project saves itself as you work; sign out, or simply don't sign in, and nothing leaves this machine.
Two things do leave your machine, because they have to. Satellite imagery on the site plan is fetched from the tile provider as you pan, and an address you search is sent to a geocoding service to turn it into coordinates. Those providers see the request the way any map website would. Nothing about your fence design, your pricing, or your customer is included.
Exported PDFs and shared 3D pages are files you generate and hand over yourself. We never see them, so what happens to them after you send one is between you and whoever you sent it to.
Support
The support page — FAQs, guides, and the ticket system — is also one click away from the Support button at the foot of the Projects banner.
Something wrong or missing? Write to support@voxel-flow.com with the fence type, height, and what you expected to see — a screenshot of the shop drawing usually settles it in one round.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm Central, with same-day replies on weekdays. Anything that produces a wrong cut list or a wrong compliance result is treated as urgent and jumps the queue.
Feature requests are welcome and read by the people who build this. The estimating model in particular improves fastest when contractors send real numbers from real jobs.
Terms of use
VoxelFlow is a design and estimating aid, not an engineering stamp. Every drawing it produces carries a verify-on-site notice for good reason: imagery scale drifts, lots are not square, and grade rarely runs the way a slider says it does. Measure before you cut.
Code checks are informational. Spacing, height, and pool-barrier rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. The licensed professional of record remains responsible for final compliance, permits, and inspection.
Estimates are a starting point built from placeholder rates until you replace them with your own in the price book. They are not quotes and they are not binding on anyone.
About VoxelFlow
A single-file design tool for fence contractors: sketch the line off satellite imagery or a preset yard, pick the product, and get a 3D view, a dimensioned shop drawing, a cut list, code checks, and a priced estimate from the same model. No install, no account, no backend.
Version 0.4 — prototype. Built for the shops who told us what was wrong with the last one.
Projects
Projects belong to your shop's account. Sign in and every job you name here is saved as you work and shared with the crew.
The open project saves itself a moment after you stop making changes. A version is a frozen copy — take one before you send a quote, so later edits never change what the customer was shown.
Click each corner of the fence line. Double-click to finish.

scale: from imagery
lengths are ground distances measured on the imagery — verify on site before cutting
Empty siteChoose how many sides to enclose in step 1, or draw the line over satellite imagery on the site plan. Nothing is priced until there is a line.
Your numbers, not ours. Anything you leave blank keeps the greyed-out default, so you can price the two lines you care about and ignore the rest. Rates are saved in this browser and apply to every job you open here.
Your item list
What the parts cost you, per supplier. Items from the open job are listed already, priced with our placeholder guesses until you type over them. A price here shows up on the cut list, and ea. / ft. switches the basis.

Local requirements print as unverified placeholders until a municipality record exists for this address. Contractor details come from your shop — set them in Settings.
